- 2.3 Customization: We offer the ability to customize itineraries and tour packages based on your preferences and requirements.
- 2.4 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including direct online payments and credit cards. We are also exploring financing options through Gem Visa, QCard, ZIP pay, and Afterpay. Philippine-based clients can choose to pay via GCash, M. Lhuillier, bank cash transfer, over-the-counter bank transfer, and other available payment options.
3. Cancellation and Changes
- 3.1 Cancellation Policy: Each tour package has its own cancellation and refund policy, which will be clearly outlined in the package details we provide. For flight bookings, the cancellation and refund policy varies based on the chosen flight options. These specifics will be discussed with you at the time of booking.

- 5.1 Group and Private Tours: We offer both group tours and private/customized tours. For customized tours, please allow approximately two weeks for us to tailor the best package specifically for you.

Mountainview Travel and Tours is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property resulting from any act of God, dangers, incident to travel by air, sea, or other means, or from government acts or customs regulations, terrorism, or from any other circumstances beyond our control.
- 6.2 Third-party Services: We act as agents for hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers and do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from their services.
